At Everyday Tools, your digital privacy is our foremost engineering priority. Unlike the vast majority of web service portals, Everyday Tools was deliberately engineered from the ground up to eliminate the transmission, storage, and monetization of your personal data.
1. Client-Side Tool Processing & Zero-Data Client-Side Architecture
When you utilize any of our 294 calculation, conversion, text manipulation, cryptographic hashing, or image processing utilities:
- Zero Input Transmission: The text, numbers, passwords, financial values, image files, or source code you input into our tools are NEVER transmitted across the network to our web servers or to any third-party computing platform.
- In-Browser Execution: 100% of the computational algorithms execute within your local browser’s sandbox using client-side JavaScript, WebAssembly, and native Web APIs (such as
window.crypto.subtlefor cryptographic hashing and HTML5<canvas>for image compression). - Volatile Memory Only: All processed data exists strictly in your local device RAM and is permanently cleared when you close the tab or browser window.
- Transparent Scope Distinction: While calculation inputs and processed files never leave your device, standard web browsing interactions (such as loading static page assets) generate standard server logs (Section 2) and utilize third-party advertising cookies (Section 3) subject to your consent preferences.
2. المعلومات المسجلة تلقائياً في سجلات الخادم
When you request any static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or asset file from Everyday Tools, our web hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard HTTP access metrics as part of customary network operations:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- Browser user-agent string and operating system;
- Requested URL path, date, and timestamp;
- Referring URL and HTTP status code.
Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): These server logs are maintained strictly for legitimate operational purposes: detecting and defending against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, mitigating malicious bot scans, identifying broken links, and maintaining server availability. Server log data is never combined with personally identifiable information, is never sold, and is automatically purged on a rolling 30-day schedule.
3. ملفات تعريف الارتباط وإشارات الويب والتخزين المحلي
Everyday Tools uses minimal web storage technologies:
- Functional & Preference Storage: We may use browser
localStorageor simple session cookies to preserve your explicit user choices, such as your selected language (e.g.lang=es) or UI display preferences. These cookies contain no tracking tokens or personal identities. - Third-Party Advertising Cookies: To keep our 294 utilities completely free of charge without paywalls, we display non-intrusive advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (including Google AdSense). These third-party vendors may use cookies, device identifiers, and web beacons to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites.
For exhaustive disclosures on individual cookies and how to deactivate them, please review our comprehensive Cookie Policy.
